You’ll need the technical knowledge to understand the work, ask the right questions and challenge where needed, but your focus will be on coordinating delivery through MSPs, specialist suppliers and internal teams.With projects spanning infrastructure, software, cyber security and acquisitions, you’ll take ownership of plans, work packages, dependencies and delivery, ensuring the right people are doing the right things at the right time.What you’ll be doingCoordinate MSPs, vendors, technical specialists and internal teams to deliver agreed work packagesManage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and delivery status across the IT portfolioSupport our MSP consolidation programme and transition to strategic technology partnersCoordinate major workstreams including infrastructure deployments, security remediation, Multi-Tenant Collaboration and carve-outsManage technology project plans for newly acquired businessesIdentify blockers early and hold internal and external delivery owners accountable for agreed actionsTranslate technical progress into clear updates for senior stakeholdersCoordinate vendor and procurement projects through to completionWho you areYou’ll have proven experience delivering technical or IT projects and enough technical knowledge to confidently coordinate and challenge the specialists carrying out the work.You’ll bring:Experience managing projects across IT infrastructure, software, systems or technology changeA good working understanding of IT environments and technical deliveryExperience coordinating MSPs, vendors or external technology partnersStrong planning skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies and prioritiesConfidence working with both technical specialists and non-technical stakeholdersA proactive, pragmatic approach with a strong focus on deliveryExperience within a multi-site, group or acquisitive environment would be particularly useful, as would exposure to M&A integration, infrastructure, cyber security or technology transformation.Benefits25 days of annual leave plus all statutory holidaysConditional annual bonusCompany pension schemePrivate healthcareLife insuranceRegular company events and celebrationsGenuine career development pathwaysImportant informationCelnor Group is an inclusive employer.
