Job Title: Junior Consultant Job Description: Kick-start your IT career with hands-on experience in BMC enterprise software and IT Service Management (ITSM). We’ll provide full training and mentoring, no prior BMC knowledge required. You’ll work on real client projects, learning how large organizations manage and improve their IT services. Key Responsibilities: Support implementation, setup, and testing of BMC tools. Assist with solution design, troubleshooting, and documentation. Learn and apply ITIL and ITSM practices in enterprise environments. Collaborate with senior consultants and client teams. What We're Looking For: Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Solid grasp of IT fundamentals (networks, databases, operating systems). Some programming-scripting exposure (Python, Java, SQL, etc.). Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
