About this role

Job Summary SAI is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Advanced PowerPoint, Web & UI/UX Designer with excellent expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, along with good knowledge of Web Design and UI/UX Design. Advanced PowerPoint design is a core and mandatory responsibility of this position. Irrespective of the candidate's involvement in Web Design, UI/UX, marketing, product design, or any other project, he/she must be prepared to create, modify, redesign, and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations whenever required by the company. The ideal candidate should be capable of transforming business ideas, product concepts, technical information, reports, dashboards, research, and raw content into visually compelling and professional presentations. Web Design and UI/UX knowledge will be used to strengthen the candidate's overall design capability, but PowerPoint presentation work will remain an essential part of the role. Mandatory PowerPoint Responsibility The selected candidate must understand that PowerPoint projects are compulsory for this position. Based on business requirements, management requests, client meetings, demonstrations, exhibitions, product launches, internal meetings, or other company activities, the employee may be required to create PowerPoint presentations at any time. The candidate should therefore be comfortable taking complete ownership of a presentation project, including: Requirement → Content Understanding → Story Structure → Visual Concept → Slide Design → Graphics → Animation → Review → Final Presentation PowerPoint work should not be considered an occasional or secondary responsibility. It is a regular and mandatory part of this role at SAI. Key Responsibilities Create professional, modern, and visually engaging PowerPoint presentations. Take complete ownership of PowerPoint projects assigned by the company. Be available to create or modify presentations whenever required for business purposes. Design executive presentations, product presentations, sales decks, client presentations, company profiles, proposals, reports, training materials, and internal presentations. Convert raw information, technical content, data, screenshots, and ideas into structured presentation stories. Convert text-heavy and basic presentations into visually impressive professional presentations. Design product demonstration and technology concept presentations. Develop infographics, diagrams, workflows, timelines, process flows, charts, dashboards, and visual storytelling elements. Maintain consistency in typography, spacing, alignment, colors, branding, icons, and layouts. Create reusable PowerPoint templates and master slides. Work with Slide Master, custom layouts, themes, placeholders, and advanced formatting. Create professional animations, transitions, and interactive presentation experiences. Prepare presentations for senior management, customers, exhibitions, conferences, meetings, and product demonstrations. Understand the objective and audience of every presentation before starting the design. Work with management, product, technical, marketing, and other teams to collect information and convert it into presentation-ready content.
