Who you'll be dealing with

ProdReady Recruitment is founder-led. When you brief us you speak to Jamie, the founder, and Jamie runs your search from the first call to the signed offer. There is no account manager in between and no hand-off to a junior team, so the person who understood your brief is the person talking to candidates about it.

What we do

We recruit for AI and machine learning only, and we work with UK businesses only. There are two ways to hire through us:

How it works

1. A call about the role. What the person will actually build, the seniority, your stack, the timeline, and whether the UK or the China route suits it better.
2. An honest read of the market. How many people genuinely have the skills you need, and what they cost. If the answer is "very few in the UK", we'll say so.
3. The search and the screening. We look for evidence of production work — models shipped, maintained and monitored — before a CV reaches you.
4. Your interviews, your decision. You run your own process. We handle the logistics and support you through to an offer.

Why AI only

A generalist agency recruits for everything and screens on keywords. We would rather do one thing properly. Recruiting only for AI and machine learning means the difference between someone who has fine-tuned and served a model and someone who has called an API is the first thing we ask about, not something you discover in a technical interview.
